 Scale: 15mm

 Title: Gettysburg - the 1^st day - July 1, 1863

Setting: On July 1, elements of the Army of the Potomac and the Army of Northern Virginia were converging on Gettysburg, PA. Federal Brig. Gen. John Buford's 1^st Cavalry Division arrived first and took up defensive positions on the ridges northwest of town. Buford successfully delayed the lead element of Lt. Gen. A. P. Hill's Confederate III Corps for 2 hours, buying time for Maj. Gen. John F. Reynolds' Union I Corps to arrive. The game starts as Maj. Gen. Heth's division commences his attack on Reynolds' position.
